The Zislis Group portfolio including Manhattan Beach based luxury boutique hotel Shade, ROCK’N FISH, Mucho Ultima Mexicana, Brew Co. and its latest addition, ROCK’N FISH Downtown L.A. LIVE, will begin construction on its second Shade Hotel property in the Redondo Beach Marina in 2012.

Shade Redondo Beach will maintain the superior standard of exceptional design, lavish amenities and unparalleled personal service found in Shade Manhattan Beach’s location. The new property will include approximately 60 rooms, conference space for up to 60 people, event/wedding space for up to 150 people, a rooftop Skydeck pool area and its own Zinc Lounge featuring breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Zislis Group is excited to become a part of the Redondo Beach Marina, full of ocean-oriented activities to enjoy. The new Shade Redondo Beach boutique property intends to fuse the relaxed Redondo Beach attitude of coastal living with a sophisticated venue created for locals and visitors alike.
